Our approach
When it is time to replace your building’s outdated equipment you can rely on the expertise of your Daikin Service team. Our experts can recommend the latest technologies that enhance comfort and sound, and improve Indoor Air Quality. If required, we can do an Energy Audit on your installation to identify the energy gains of refurbishing your installation. An Energy Audit can be executed both on Daikin and non-Daikin equipment. When you replace your heating or cooling installation, many different actors come into play, such as F-gas certified installers, electricians, project managers, and so on. We can take this burden of your shoulders and take responsibility of the full turnkey project. We’ll coordinate all operations...
It’s the Daikin360 approach to serving our customers.

Personalised approach
Our goal is to save our customers’ money. We start by understanding your specific needs when it comes to not only cooling and heating, but also to sustainability or risk management. In parallel we do a thorough evaluation to assess the condition of your existing equipment and surrounding systems. We then gather the data and propose a solution that meets your objectives. After executing what we promised, we followup with after-care support. Our team can also recommend a Daikin360 protective maintenance plan to keep your building running at optimal conditions.
Single-source service partner
Our Daikin team is there to support whatever your need. We can investigate the most suitable and optimised solution for your installation and implement it for you. Our factory-trained technicians work on all HVAC equipment brands and control systems.
We can also offer temporary cooling solutions to ensure minimal interruption to your operations. All from a single provider.
And as your single source provider, we can handle all of the projects details from end-to- end. We understand the responsibilities and challenges involved in designing, managing and executing complicated and demanding projects that require a significant degree of detail and coordination.

Control systems
Control systems are at the heart of any state-of-the-art HVAC-R equipment. By optimising performance, while maintaining comfort, a correct control system for your equipment can deliver substantial cost savings. Daikin Control systems are capable of precisely maintaining your comfort needs in terms of temperature, humidity, and airflow to create ideal indoor environments tailored to diverse applications in the commercial and industrial setting such as hotels, offices, shops, and infrastructure cooling. Along with the traditional features of temperature and humidity control, Daikin incorporates advanced features such as remote monitoring and energy efficiency which, along with preventive maintenance, can extend the lifespan of your equipment and minimise downtime.
Why do we need control systems?
Depending on the type of user and application Daikin develops controls and cloud services to ensure the best experience:
- For building owners, it means easy and personalised control for the building occupants as well as integration to their centralised control systems.
- For technical managers, it means cloud access to all sites, with the possibility to benchmark and optimise performance.
- For installers, it means easy transfer of settings during commissioning, remote retrieval of errors and preventive alerts to save time on maintenance or interventions.
What can controls do for your specific business?
Gateways
Our different controller options are configured for the most strict of needs in terms of connectivity, including the implementation of Modbus, LonWorks, BACnet and KNX interfaces. With these options the following items are tackled:
Enhanced system control and monitoring
- Data exchange: Collected data can be used for performance analysis, trend identification, and fault detection, as required.
- Optimised control: By using data collection from the active systems, these can be controlled more efficiently, reducing energy consumption and costs.
- Remote access and repairs: These gateways enable remote monitoring and control of the equipment for site managers, end users and/or installers, depending on the application. This also allows for less engineering visits as sites can be monitored remotely and these visits can be optimised as a first diagnostic can be done before the technician is on site.
- All traffic runs over https and is initiated by the edge. There is no need to allow (unsolicited) incoming traffic.
Enhanced system integration
- Seamless communication: These protocols enable the equipment to communicate effectively with other building systems such as lighting, security, and energy management.
- System expansion: By supporting multiple protocols, products can be easily integrated into different building automation systems, allowing for future expansion as well as upgrades

Indoor Air Quality refilter program
Guaranteeing a correct Indoor Air Quality is important within our systems. That’s why Daikin offers a Refilter program for analysis, optimisation and imporvement of your HVAC system with a total focus on indoor air quality, thanks to our IAQ sensor.
- Indoor Air Quality sensor
- Indoor Air Quality audit
- Fresh Air program for optimisation of settings
- Customised action plan with improvement and countermeasures
Remote monitoring services at Daikin
Remote monitoring of our commercial application equipment is the next step when managing multiple sites. By using enhanced control, monitoring and predictive logic, our Remote Monitoring solutions provide real-time data and support from Daikin experts to help you identify cost-saving opportunities, increase the lifetime of your equipment as well as reduce the risk of unexpected issues.
Our remote monitoring benefits:
Commercial remote monitoring platforms
For commercial applications, Daikin offers two Remote Monitoring platforms, tailored to the specific equipment used at your site:

Daikin Cloud Plus
- Aimed mainly at VRV, Sky Air, Air curtains and ventilation products as a monitoring and site management platform.
- It can integrate lights and other facility management systems for full control of the site.

Daikin on Site
- Aimed at our Applied offering, is a multi-feature platform which targets chillers and/or AHUs.
- It has the ambition to be a collaborative platform for all people managing the operation and maintenance for full site control.
