Systems installed on Ground Floor
Installation of air-conditioning at the Ground Floor level was done in key office areas, the Boardroom, the Foyer and in the general staff seating area.
Foyer
- This area is served with air-conditioning by means of a Daikin split type (Hide-away) which comes with a wired remote controller and is situated on the wall next to the ac.
- All visible refrigerant pipes and cables are installed in a wire mesh cable tray above the ceiling. The condenser is situated on the first floor in the plantroom area with an isolator within 1m.
- This area is provided with fresh air by means of a AMS case axial fan (Central fresh air FA G.7), which is situated inside the ceiling space above office 13.
- The system supplies fresh air through spiral galvanised steel ducting at high level in the ceiling space via duct on return box.
- The fan is connected directly to an isolator, which is situated within 1m of the fan.
Office 01 & Boardroom
- This area is served with air-conditioning by means of a Daikin split type (Hide-away) which comes with a wired remote controller and is situated on the passage wall outside the boardroom.
- All visible refrigerant pipes and cables are installed in a wire mesh cable tray above the ceiling.
- The condenser is situated on the first floor in plantroom area with an isolator with in 1m.
- This area is provided with fresh air by means of a AMS case axial fan (Central fresh air FA G.6), which is situated inside the ceiling space above office 07.
- The system supplies fresh air through spiral galvanised steel ducting at high level in the ceiling space via duct on return box.
- The fan is connected directly to an isolator, which is situated within 1m of the fan.
Seating Area
- This area is served with air-conditioning by means of a Daikin split type (Hide-away) which comes with a wired remote controller and is situated on the passage wall as you enter this area.

On the first floor, units were installed in major group areas (such as the Training Hall, Braai Room, Board Room and Lobby), as well as the Open Area office, three separate offices and the Server Room.
Training Hall
- This area is served with air-conditioning by means of a Daikin split type (Hide-away) which comes with a wired remote controller and is situated on the back wall as you enter from where you enter.
- All visible refrigerant pipes and cables are installed in a wire mesh cable tray above the ceiling. The condenser is situated on first floor in the plantroom area with an isolator within 1m.
- This area is provided with fresh air by means of a AMS case axial fan (Central fresh air FA 1.2), which is situated on the plantroom area on the first floor.

- The fan is connected directly to an isolator, which is situated within 1m of the fan.
Braai Room
This area is served with air-conditioning by means of a Daikin split type (Hide-away) which comes with a wired remote controller and is situated on the back wall as you enter from where you enter.

Server Room
- This area is served with air-conditioning by means of two Daikin mid-wall Split type units which come with wireless remote controllers.
- Drip trays have been installed under the indoor units.
- All visible refrigerant pipes and cables are installed in a wire mesh cable tray.
- This area is provided with fresh air by means of a AMS case axial fan (Central fresh air FA 1.2), which is situated on the plantroom area on the first floor.
- The fan is connected directly to an isolator, which is situated within 1m from the fan.
