3 Year Standard warranty
Our products are designed and built to the highest quality, but in the rare case that something should go wrong, we've got you covered. All our residential customers receive a 3-year guarantee on their products as standard. Some installers are supported by Daikin with up to 5 years.
Installation Dependent
Daikin products require installation by a professional for safety and warranty purposes. We therefore recommend that a certified installer is used for installation. These installers uphold a standard 3 year warranty on factory components.
Additional warranty
Certain of our customers are supported by Daikin with an additional 2-year warranty, making the total warranty 5 years on manufacture components. These companies are especially trained and can easily support a 5 year warranty.

Daikin offers our resellers a standard warranty on all its Split Airconditioner of up to 5 years on parts. This is dependant on correct installation of the aircon system.

An extended warranty can be purchased only through whomever sold you the Daikin unit. Warranties are only issued by companies who are certified to install Daikin. Should that company cease to exist, so will the warranty with it.
Extended warranties - from 3 to 5 years, can only be offered by certain installers/ resellers, and are dependent on proper installation by certified companies.
You can buy an extended warranty before your unit is commissioned. Be sure to ask the installer if they are offering an extended warranty of up to 5 years.
