FAQ: 
Can I win the trip to Zanzibar, even if I don't buy many splits?

Remember that with a lucky draw, it is exactly that - lucky. You may have one entry in the draw and walk away with the Trip for two people sharing to Zanzibar. This competition is only open to Installer Category customers, so you are not competing with companies that order vast quantities of splits.

  • Promotion runs from 01 July 2025 to 30 September 2025.
  • This competition is only open to those customers who are defined as installer category to Daikin, and not DSP, Partner or Dealer customer category - your promotion can be found here.
  • Standard trade conditions apply.

  • No returns/ cancellation of previous orders prior to the start of the campaign date.

  • Prizes are not transferable to a third party and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Only sales originating from orders invoiced that were placed as from 1st of July 2025 will count for this competition.
  • Only sales that originate from orders that are not linked to tenders (projects) in other words design and supply based: B2B web shop orders, PO’s without quotation (price list based), PO’s linked to quote lead (no consultant/specifier involved).
  • Jackets and fuel vouchers will be ordered once a customer reaches 3 units and can be expected within 2 weeks of reaching this criteria.
  • Jackets and entries work on an accrual basis over the 3 month period, not monthly. Explained: if you accrue purchase 2 splits in July and 1 in August, you will qualify for a jacket as your accrued amount is 3 units sold.
  • Lottery draw for the grand prize will take place on 10 October 2025.
  • Results of the draw will be communicated via telephone and confirmed on email. 
  • The date of the trip will be confirmed after the prize is awarded.
  • Lottery Draws are done by a group of independant parties (two or more people) and will be recorded by video for auditing purposes only.
  • Results are final and are not open for deliberation.
  • The Trip to Zanzibar is for two people sharing a room at a resort of Daikin's choice and will be for a period or 4 -5 days. The prize includes flights, accommodation and breakfast. Any extras will be for the account of the prize winner.
