We would love to hear about your experience with being quoted an airconditioner. Please feel free to be 100% honest in your feedback. We are trying to improve your experience with our network of installers, and us. We would love for you to feel that a Daikin is the best option for home or office cooling or heating needs.

So... How does it work?

Simply complete the form below by answering a few simple questions and upload the quote that you have received for air conditioning units, and you will be emailed a R100 Vide e Caffe voucher via email once the quote has been verified. We would like to hear from you, even if the quote was not for a Daikin unit.

• These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Daikin South Africa’s survey reward campaign. By submitting a survey response, participants agree to be bound by the following:
• 1. Eligibility

This reward is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of completing the survey.

• This competition is not open to customers who purchase directly from Daikin South Africa.

• Participants must reside in South Africa and comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

• 2. Reward Validity

• The survey reward is valid until 31 March 2026. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible.

• 3. Voucher Issuance

• Only one voucher will be issued per unique email address and valid quote submitted.

• Vouchers will be sent to the email address provided during survey submission. Daikin South Africa is not responsible for incorrect email entries or undelivered vouchers due to spam/junk mail filters.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

• 4. Quote Verification

• Submitted quotes will be manually reviewed. Only legible and valid quotes will qualify for voucher issuance.

• Daikin South Africa reserves the right to determine the validity of any quote at its sole discretion.

• 5. General Conditions

• Daikin South Africa reserves the right to decline voucher issuance for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, duplicate entries, or non-compliance with these Terms.

• Daikin South Africa may amend or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

• By participating, entrants consent to Daikin South Africa processing their personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013.
