Daikin at Russia’s largest trade event MosBuild with award winning stand. Over 2,000 people visited the Daikin stands.
11th edition of MosBuild attracts 1,700 companies and over 150,000 visitors
The 11th edition of the Mosbuild trade fair was held in Moscow from 4-7 April 2005. More than 1,700 companies from 36 different countries were present at the 95,000 m² exhibition space spread across two venues: the Expocentr and the newly built Crocus Exhibition Centre. Over 150,000 visitors attended.
At the section dedicated to heating and air conditioning, Heat&Vent, Daikin was present with two stands occupying no less than 260 m². A total of 32 units were presented including split systems, Sky Air, VRV (VRVII, VRVII-S and VRV-WII), chillers, fan coil units, air purifiers, controllers and accessories.
Good information exchange and wide product range
Over 2,000 people visited the Daikin stands. They were helped by 52 managers and service engineers as well as 17 assistants. The primary goal of sharing the latest technical information was easily achieved: visitors received the answers to their questions while Daikin specialists listened to the needs of customers. Presentations were also made by the technical and training departments.
Among the most popular items with visitors:
- The elegant FTXS-D split system, predicted to be this year’s best-seller;
- Various models of the super multi-system RMXS, now capable of supporting 9 indoor units with a single outdoor unit;
- The mini VRV, a system that brings VRV II technology within the reach of owners of smaller dwellings;
- The water-cooled VRV II system, ideal for all multi-storey buildings due to the long piping lengths supported;
- The FDXS-C unit with extra-slim 200 mm ducting;
- The MC704AVM air purifier with new photo-catalytic super filter;
- The latest chiller models with hydraulic module.
Taking care of our partners
It was with the support of Daichi that the Daikin stand on Mosbuild was realised. The companies DAC, Daichi & Thermotrade are distributing the Daikin products in Russia. It is they, after all, who deliver the latest information on Daikin equipment to the end users. An on-line quiz was organised for them, complete with awards for the winning entrants.
The content and design of our stands were appreciated not only by visitors but also by the exhibition management. For the 7th year running, Daikin was awarded the “Best Stand at Heat&Vent.” Thus, it was a very successful event, and judging from the reactions of all in attendance, it promises to be a busy year for Daikin Russia!
