Daikin Air Conditioning South Africa (Pty) Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd Japan and are the distributor of Daikin air conditioning products in Southern Africa.

D.A.S.A are currently expanding their Daikin Dealer Network in Southern Africa thus allowing their customers and end-users an excellent sales service, installation and technical backup as well as after sales service support.

As of the 1st April 1998, Daikin Industries had purchased a subsidiary company previously owned by Dorbyl Ltd called Centurator. Centurator was a leading South African Air Conditioning company that was founded on the 1st September 1950. In 1969 a distribution agreement was concluded between Centurator and Daikin Industries Ltd of Japan to import and supply their full range of air conditioning products to the South African market. As of the 1st April 1998 Centurator became Daikin Air Conditioning South Africa (Pty) Ltd.

D.A.S.A are an Affiliate of Daikin Europe who have a strong committment to quality and safety at all levels, and compliance to specific European quality requirements which is manifested by ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, CE mark recognition and Eurovent membership.

In addition to this D.A.S.A have a strong committment to be in compliance [93,14 Kb]  with all local and national government regulations.

D.A.S.A currently has three sales office branches located in the major centres of Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town with the Head Office being situated in Cape Town.
